The Psychotherapy Road
When I was a teenager, I was interested how the mind works and felt drawn to helping others.
I followed this natural inclination of mine through formal education and later found psychotherapy & NLP/Hypnotherapy. I trained formally for 4 years and began working with clients. Since then I have added various methods of working therapeutically, worked predominantly with young people/student mental health with a focus on trauma/childhood trauma.

Eastern philosophy has been a gift I was given from birth. I have studied Vedic philosophy in my life since I was a child. I have begun to incorporate wisdom from eastern philosophy in psychological practice, particularly through my videos on social media.
It has been 10 years since I began clinical practice and assisting others has been a fulfilling part of my life.

Personal Life
​
I was born into a family that were highly spiritual and philosophical. Due having many books in my home growing up, I studied Vedic philosophy mostly since the age of 15. My mind was always absorbed in finding answers to life’s questions. I have my own spiritual practice that has provided me with great strength but I encourage my clients to connect to whatever their source of spiritual strength is.
Experiencing my own trials and tribulations if life has allowed me to understand another's pain, which I believe has been a great teacher in assisting me to be a better therapist.

Previous: Delivering one-one psychotherapy & hypnotherapy at a UK University prior to becoming the head of service, Addaction; Substance Misuse and Mental Health service for young people, Children & Young People; Coventry & Warwickshire MIND, GP Surgery/primary care, Leicester Counselling Centre, SEWA International and private practice.
